Nooner Building Plan:
We are often asked the best way to build a strong Isagenix binary business.
It is really a very simple business system. It is the building strategy that has created our amazing business and allowed us to pay off our dream home and also buy several new investment homes during the last 20 months!
These are the steps that led to our success:
1. ENROLL & ORDER 100 PRODUCT VOLUME (PV) FOR OURSELVES Signed up on Autoship,( as this creates residual income for everyone and keeps us qualified for all bonuses.)
2. BUILD ONE STRONG ORGANIZATION: Personally Sponsor One Associate on your LEFT TEAM and One on your RIGHT TEAM, both on Autoship to qualify with a minumum 100 PV. When this is done, you are a CONSULTANT. This should be done as quickly as possible because it allows you to "Bank" all volume that comes through both sides. (*see the Income Plan on your Isagenix website Homepage, and the Slide Presentation in your Isagenix Office under Compensation Plan.)
3. REMAIN PERSONALLY QUALIFIED AS A CONSULTANT... By you and your 2 personally enrolled people staying on Autoship.
Questions that arise, as you begin to build:
4. CAN YOU & SHOULD YOU SPONSOR YOUR SPOUSE? Yes, you can sponsor your spouse, but, don't build on the inside of the spouse. Sponsor everyone under the Originally Enrolled Spouse. You do not have to sponsor your spouse at all unless you want to immediately qualify for accumulating all volume at the time you enroll your first Associate. Your spouse can be your first sponsored on the other Team.
5. WHERE SHOULD YOU PLACE YOUR PERSONALLY SPONSORED ASSOCIATES? First place one Associate on your Left Team (outside left) and one Associate on your Right Team (outside right). Then just continue to put your personally enrolled people on the outside left and outside right, and eventually one of your teams will emerge as the 2/3 volume team, and the other will be the 1/3 volume team. Eventually, to be a qualified Executive you will want to have 5 Personally Sponsored "paid as" Consultants on each side of your two Teams.
6. HOW DO YOU HELP YOUR TEAM MEMBERS BUILD? You support every person on both your teams through infinity by doing 3-way calls, home presentations, meetings, trainings, etc.
7. SHOULD YOU SPONSOR ASSOCIATES ONTO THE “INSIDE “ OF YOU’RE PERSONALLY SPONSORED PEOPLE? The answer is a definite "NO". That is entirely THEIR responsibility. It is OUR responsibility as leaders, to continue to enroll people, placing them on the OUTSIDE of both our Right and Left teams. To do otherwise, you will be doing a diservice to your entire team, and fostering a "welfare state mentality" and an attitude of "What have you done for me lately?", eventually deteriorating into "When are you going to build my business for me?"
Your entire upline is dedicated to helping you reach your goals and build your business. We are happy to do 3-way calls with you to your prospects any time after they have checked out your website, audio CD or video, or newspaper. Determine if they have interest in the product or the business, or both, and then let us know ahead of time – we’ll reserve a time slot for you. Don 435-628-4478. (Gather your upline members phone numbers, and keep them on hand, in case one isn't available...another will be)
8. HOW TO DO 3-WAY CALLS: First.. Edify or "build up" who ever you are doing a 3-way with, and then introduce them to your prospect. After the introduction, you should remain completely silent, and let "The Expert" handle the 3-way. This gives credibility. Eventually, YOU will be "The Expert" and give credibility to YOUR team members.
